1. SWITCH OFF your phone 2. Hold POWER button and VOLUME UP and press them untill you see a BOT with danger sign 3. When you see bot then again press POWER BUTTON and VOLUME UP only ONCE or you will get wrong combination 4. You will be directed to RECOVERY MODE 5. Use VOLUME UP and DOWN to MOVE and for SELECTION use POWER button 6. Now select WIPE DATA/FACTORY RESET > YES----DELETE ALL USER DATA Phone will be reset. 7. Select REBOOT SYSTEM NOW Thats all you have done
